Dealing with LCS: A Fishing Disease

LCS or "last cast syndrome"  is a fishing disease that is usually contracted somewhere in your 20's or sometimes even younger and it is possible that it can plague you for the rest of your life.  It is a nagging sensation that forces you to cast a lure just one more time in hopes for a euphoric "FISH ON" scenario. In many cases it can lead to impaired vision due to the sun going down when experiencing repeated episodes. Anorexic symptoms could also occur in the event you may miss many meals from your inability to control outbreaks. We at "On the River" recommend support groups to help you deal with this debilitating disease.

Utah Lake Largemouth Bass:

I love these adventures. It was like Pirates of the Caribbean ride and Lord of The Rings got married and had a baby. In other words it was a creepy spider tunnel in a kayak, in the dark.

T was first to go down the tunnel. I gave him some space because there is a small rapid that leads into the tunnel. I heard him calling for me and it reminded me of Frodo Baggins calling for Smeagol.
